The 40 m² apartment is located in Erlabrunn am Main and accommodates 2 guests (exceptions on request). In the combined living and sleeping area, you will find 2 single beds made up for you and a wardrobe, plus a spacious seating area with a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cozy dining nook, a coffee machine with an initial supply of beans, and a French press. Dish soap, sponges, and cleaning cloths are provided. The bathroom features a comfortable shower (80x120 cm), a bath and hand towel per guest, and hand soap. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video conferencing; a workspace can be set up at the kitchen table. Relax outdoors in your private, uncovered garden area with views of the garden, street, and distant vineyards. Garden furniture is available. A private parking space is directly in front of the apartment. An electric vehicle charging station is available on the street. Covered storage for bicycles is provided. An extra bed for children can be arranged on request. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The wine and clematis village of Erlabrunn is the perfect starting point for cycling tours along the Main and hikes on the Volkenberg through the pine forest. Local restaurants, wine taverns, and festivals invite you to enjoy a pleasant time together.
